    Item arrived in very poor condition with damage that rendered the item inoperable, and that was not stated in the original posting. Upon contacting the seller, they stated they knew of no damage or issues with the item. Sadly, there is no way this could be the case due to the nature and extent of the damage and the poor condition of the item. Because of this conflict, I do not expect a refund, so this negative feedback will have to do. Stay honest, sellers, be diligent in your details.

    As we stated in the previous email. We would be glad to work things out if you can show us some kind of proof about what you are talking about. We have attached photos of the actual item and indicated it was used. The item worked the very last day before we shipped, it was in a great condition. Your story change from scratches, to dial not working, to water damage. It's a $300 grip sold to you for $80 that was in a great condition. You refused to work with us.
