If you're unhappy with any item purchased, please contact the seller directly. To allow them to fix the issue immediately. When washing and taking photos (under bright lights). I never saw a pull/snag on it. I honestly, wouldn't have listed it, or I would have at least written it in the description. I hate that you purchased something you're dissatisfied with. If you'd like to return it for a full refund. You're welcome to send it back. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
