The seller offered to give me some money back, but not necessary as it wasn't their fault. The package was crumpled and ripped, but again not the seller's fault. The monitor works fine, I just need to buy another cuff. The price was very good as well. It arrived ontime. It looks fine and works fine. So it isn't the seller's fault, it was my fault, they were very good.
