      Mislead me with claims USB software could clone HDD. NOT TRUE. Waste of money. Will NOT purchase from this seller again.

      The only thing that is NOT True is that I misled someone. They just weren't paying any attention to what I was actually telling them. If anyone wants to see our conversion, they would see that I never suggested the software could clone a drive and the description doesn't suggest it can be used to clone dive to drive and I sent the link to the software that can be used to clone a dive to another three times, but they just purchased this software instead for some unknown reason.

      This seller did not deliver what he advertised. He used bait and sitch to send me a different product casing and instructs me to use my own markings on his substitute case. I can't identify this thumb drive once put it with my others. He charged for the expensive enclosure!

      I don’t know many people that would sign a contract without reading it first, but that seems to be like something some people might do. The listing details clearly state that: “Manufacturer media will vary based on what is in stock and will not have any labeling except what might be from the manufacture” so there is no bait and switch except if they can conveniently ignore what is in the actual description. The buyer just has to create a label themselves. No sure about the expensive enclosure?

      The paper instructions were faded so couldn’t read, it did read when resetting the computer, would like to just duplicate hard drives, I guess I’ll figure that out through trial n error
