All had the securing tongues of the mounting pivot post were broken off. They can be seen in the pictures provided. The levers arrived in a thin wrapper envelope and were obviously damaged in transit from the poor packaging from the seller. Please send replacement levers in a small box or perhaps a bubble-wrap box.
