    The unit was not working on arrival. See the pictures attached. According to my research this error could be caused by the faulty controller. Thankfully, my old AC thermostat controller was still functional, just the screen was broken and needed to be replaced. I was able to swap LCD screen from this unit to my old one and got it all working.
