Overall, the laptop was as described, with one minor issue of a stuck green pixel in the center of the screen which is pretty annoying since i use dark mode exclusively. The packaging was excellent. After three layers of bubble wrap, the laptop was further protected by kitchen wrap and a circular red reflective sticker with the seller's name Electro_Room. The laptop arrived in great condition.
