My item was shattered upon receipt. I should have paid closer attention to the return policy. I was so disappointed with my purchase. Even though the item was fragile, it was packaged in a box that was too large. The item itself was wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap with a flimsy paper covering. The item freely bounced around in the oversized box and there was nothing in there to cushion the blow. Since I paid over $17 for shipping I expected more appropriate packaging.
