The announcement says it’s a NEW coat however I have received a used one with the collar all eaten by moths & even a used Vaseline balm lipstick on the left pocket! Seller never answered me back I feel scammed. Can’t trust any more & beware of this seller!!!!! I wish I could get at least a partial refund for this unusable & damaged piece of garment

First of all, this buyer wanted to return this item AFTER 2 1/2 MONTHS!!! She claimed it was used and not new. The coat was in BRAND NEW CONDITION when it left my possession. Second, this buyer in not in the United States. After researching, I found her address is actually a International shipping company who buys in bulk and ships abroad.Perhaps it was damaged in the 2 1/2 month transit time but not by any fault of me. I do offer a very generous return policy of 30 days but 2 1/2 months! NO WAY
