Seller attempted and insisted that I pay an additional $250 to deliver the chair to my home address in Dallas. His interpretaion was free shipping was to the fright forwarder in Dallas and not to my home. It was advertised as free shipping and that is what I paid for. I would not have paid more than the $1000 offered. In addition the chair arrived damaged and the seller did not help beyond contacting the carrier and asking me if I knew anyone who could repair gliders which I did not know.

The free shipping was to the freight terminal in Dallas, they contact the buyer and make arrangements for them to pick it up. We offer a door to door service for $250.00 extra. We explained that to the buyer and he said, "he checked online and the trucking company had door to door service and that was what he wanted". He did not pay for that, and he was very non cooperative, telling us he was " in Miami on vacation", while the trucking campany tried to contact him, for door delivery we paid for!
