    The item was exactly as described, I didn't realize there were differnt cuff sizes so this one was too small. The seller offered to give me some money back, but not necessary as it wasn't their fault. The package was crumpled and ripped, but again not the seller's fault. The monitor works fine, I just need to buy another cuff. The price was very good as well. It arrived ontime. It looks fine and works fine. So it isn't the seller's fault, it was my fault, they were very good.

    Good deal and the seller mailed the package, but there was a problem shipping and the package never actually left China. Got a full refund. With everything going on in the world right now (eg: tariffs, rise in gas prices) I don't think it was the seller's fault. Disappointed but I'd buy from seller again

    Shipping was slow, packaging was a plastic postal bag. No protection from anything other than moisture. The switch was described as a direct replacement and confirmed by seller and eBay, so if you get this as a direct fit replacement for a 1995-1999 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited, it will not work. The value was not good. Especially since it is not a direct fit like advertised so, therefore, can’t be used which means it was a waste of money.only marked positive to give a review without waiting.
