Seller was very accommodating when the first unit arrived and didn't work, they sent a replacement out immediately that worked perfectly. The item itself unfortunately does not work for me personally because when I use it, it messes with my equilibrium, making me dizzy and nauseous. This doesn't happen to my boyfriend though, so he'll be using it and I won't.
