The hearing aids require a bit of time to get use to and adjust. The instructions provided are usless and don't cover anything about the facilities and use of the hearing aids or the App required but must say the seller is extremely helpful and now after 2 weeks I'm very happy with the hearing aid and well worth the money obviously not being a UK sells such if there's problems I don't know how the warranty would hold up but if they last a few years the way they are I will be more than satisfied
