I noticed that while putting the spreader together that some parts were missing. There were two over sized washers missing, there were a lot of small washers and elastic stop nuts that were not needed. Also included in the parts was an extra flat metal plate which was not needed. Some poor person was probably missing this part. The tires were deflated and the valve stems didn't fit properly. NFG.
