Seller communication is horrible and as a result had to file a case to settle the issue. Motor arrived in such a state it couldn't be tested without physically opening the junction box. If the seller would have respond and authorized my electrician to open the switch housing to test if the motor was functional we might have been able to come to an arrangement.

One thing to be aware of is the motor is listed as reversible and I was able to reverse it but the process involved major surgery to the internal windings, doable but not for the faint of heart.
