The carburetor worked, it was damaged probably during shipping the packaging left a lot to be desired and should have better protected the carburetor during shipping. The assembly where the throttle cable attached was slightly crushed, I was able to open it up with a screwdriver and it worked fine. I am afraid that in time it might break and fail, but I will take that chance. Otherwise it worked fine.
