I received this hat severely out of shape and dirty. The seller was slow to respond and made minimal effort to make it right. I called Stetson and they said as an authorized dealer,he’s supposed to inspect before shipping. If this were a cheap hat, it would be different, but it’s a $1000 hat.It should be flawless when received. I was counting on this hat for a special event,so returning it was not an option,fixing it was my only solution.He refunded me $70 it will cost me at least double to fix.
