Listing clearly says "We don't know much about these products, please know what you're bidding on beforehand. " Also you got the exact item in the pictures. You made an impulse buy without knowing what you were buying and you get mad at us. I'm sorry you were not happy with your purchase we offer the returns but no communications what so ever from this buyer.
