Doll itself was fine, but the whole exchange felt a bit dishonest. This order was for multiple dolls and they didn't tell me the other doll (which had an active listing) was out of stock (You can set item quantity in listings. How did this even happen?) but also didn't address the issue or refund me instead marking it as "delivered". It was only after prompting that they apprised me of the situation.

Lack of transparency, rude, and poor communication. Seller posted listing quantity incorrectly and did not inform me that the item was out of stock AFTER purchase. Did not issue a refund either, the order claiming it was delivered. Only after prompting did the Seller inform me of the situation. Seller was brusque and does not manage their listings, giving the option for an exchange, and then claiming the chosen exchange item was out of stock over the same night that the request was made.
