Contacted seller after item hadn't arrived after five weeks. Seller kept putting issue out saying Canada Post takes time sometimes. Finally after numerous emails over two weeks they said they would send a replacement. I didn't need one anymore as after all this time I had bought the item elsewhere. No matter how hard I insisted on a refund they kept insisting on an replacement. Now it's been another two months and even the replacement hasn't arrived.
