Leaving "neutral" instead of "negative" because the seller worked with me to try and make it right. The items the seller lists as NWOT are NOT new. I purchased 5 items and 4 were listed as NWOT. One item had stains and dirt on the fold line of the sleeve. Second had a rip at the neckline. The third had slightly frayed hemline and a wrinkled size/care tag. The seller and I worked out an exchange and again I got a NWOT item that the seller confirmed was new but it was worn. Why mislead?
