Item was sent to buyer new in original package. Buyer claimed item didn’t work and left me negative feedback. I apologized for their inconvenience and immediately offered full refund. Buyer asked for a replacement but I let them know I only had one in stock. Again, I said that I’m happy to give them their full refund. Buyer never responded. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me as a top rated seller and desired customer satisfaction but buyer stopped responding.
