      Great company, first off the flute arrived to FL very quickly after it was shipped, I believed they used 2 day air and that was really nice. There was an issue with the model of the flute I received and they were great, sent me a label to return the flute and gave me a full refund. So even though it ended up costing them for shipping to and from via Japan to the USA they didn't charge me for any of the shipping fees. Don't hesitate to do business with this company they stand behind the products
