    This is probably the worst guitar strap I’ve ever bought, it’s stiff as a board, uncomfortable to wear. The craftsmanship however is very good and I understand that you have to have stiff leather to get the details worked into the strap. It’s art but it’s not functional for me and sadly it just going to hang on a wall collecting dust..

    First this is simply not true I have sold 1000's of these with no issue. 2nd he never contacted for a resolution or complained, 3rd he requested a 4" which is wider and thicker. Lastly he should have ordered a child's strap perhaps a snowflake or fairy if he wanted something thinner and not build to last. Most men are quite happy to have a strap that will last and is durable for themselves as guitars are heavy.
