      I received the box with Fill-Rite pump and there was a large round hole in the bottom of the box, approximately 2" in diameter. Upon opening the box to inspect the pump, I found that a piece of cardboard that was used for packing was not placed properly in the box therefore a large bolt rubbed a large hole in the box. The pump itself doesn't appear to be damaged, but the bolt on the pump is scuffed and sharp. It's all about the details with you pack anything for shipping.
