The supplier sent me a damaged Product, a 12V Portable TV, that the battery is not working or dose not exist at all. The Supplier sent me a suggestion to open the back cover of the TV and to fix it by myself, like i am a technician. I ordered a brand new product and i received a damaged product that was not tested before sending. Now i should try and solve a dispute/claim with eBay team. Very disappointed.

we are so sorry. but if there is no battery, the device cannot be opened. we gave suggestion to replace the battery and will send you a video to repair. and you asked for half refund. we also agreed. and we said we could pay you to return and refund all. We already did all you need. we tried best to make you satisfied, but you still don't forgive. How could we help will you satisfied? if all need to be corrected, you at least give such chance so we can do.
