    AC was “out for delivery” 5 consec days thru FedEx. Installers took box to roof to unpack. Bent, dents, badly damaged. Since old AC had been removed, I req they try it out. After connecting wires, found it wasn’t working. Contactd Seller -blamed installers. Seller blames me for testing it saying its USED. I have been fighting w/seller & FedEx to get refund. Seller must file claim @FedEx but Seller refuses to cooperate. Seller offered 20% refund which wont be enough to replace this damaged unit.
