No accountability for sending the part that doesn't fit. Customers don't matter. Once they have your money they don't care. I was sent a drive shaft where the yoke end was machines wrong. Would not fit the rear differential properly. So I took it apart and install the part that fits from the old driveshaft because the customer was already waiting almost 3 week for the part to show up. Caltric thought is was ok for me to send it back and wait for another shaft which would take 3 to 5 weeks.
