        The differential came broken when it arrived the packaging was bad. They did give me a replacement but it arrived damaged.

        The customer initially reported that their order arrived damaged, prompting us to immediately dispatch a replacement item. However, the customer was unavailable to receive the delivery in person, and the FedEx driver subsequently threw the package over the customer's fence onto their property. The customer provided video documentation of this delivery method, which has clarified the cause of the original damage to their initial shipment.
