That is NOT true at all. The carrier didn't scan it until the 15th. We are closed Friday through Sunday. We had already been closed for 2 days by the time they scanned it. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot do anything about how long it takes to get to our customers. Unfortunately, once in the carrier's hands our hands are tied. If the part hadn't gotten to you this week, I would have re-sent your order, but thankfully it did finally reach you. I hope you have a wonderful day!!
