After contacting eBay directly to cancel the order and refund the buyer for an unavailable item, as I was unable to do it due to error messages, I was then directed to contact the buyer, requesting them to cancel the order on their own. I contacted eBay again to ensure this problem is resolved ASAP. Messaging the buyer once more to confirm if they have received their refund, buyer scolds me, claiming I was trying to scam him, despite multiple attempt to assist them in getting their money back.
