- 6***2 (1441)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasepurchased specimen to study ooliths with microscope. Ooliths are usually .25 to 2mm in size, clearly visible with naked eye. I could not visualize even one spherical or semi spherical oolith. I then used 5x magnifier then 10x coddington lens, no ooliths. Sample was definitely limestone as correct texture, color, density, hardness, acid test, etc. but no ooliths! very disappointed!
