However, the packaging was disappointing. The hat was shipped in just a plastic bag, without any box, which could’ve easily damaged it during shipping. Also, the seller never responded to any of my messages so communication was non-existent, which is frustrating and unprofessional. Overall I’m satisfied but the poor packaging and zero communication hurts the experience!!
