I am just disappointed that my item is taking so long to arrive, over a month after the estimated arrival time.

This was an international purchase. The buyer left the incorrect shipping address, which has made our package missing or lost. I refunded the buyer in full as this was their very first purchase on eBay. I was trying to make their experience a little better here on eBay instead of having a first bad one. After all I offered and did for this buyer, look what they did. Left me damaging negative feedback, for what? For their own mistake and now accusing our company and I of not doing good business!
