This unit was listed as open box, however it appears brand new. I ran diagnostics on it and it shows only 1 b/w print which was the status page I just printed. It setup under my HP Support Assistant as having no warranty, but I am so pleased it showed up new, with no issues, with a power cord, instructions, and full toners loaded. Also, it showed up in 1 business day! I ordered it Friday and it showed up Monday before 10am. Best eBay experience yet. Thank you.
