- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseItem arrived sooner than expected and was a correct match for my Craftsman opener! My door is only 73 inches tall so I simply shortened the chain by 18 links with my bike chain breaker tool to arrive at the correct overall length. My master links from the old chain were still good so I re-used them. I would say that it would be better if the product came with new master links, but that's feedback for the manufacturer.

I contacted them and told them and they immediately filed a claim with federal ex and ask if I wanted a refund or a reship. I told them I would like a ship, they were out of the item at the time and informed me of that and let me know it would be a few days within a week I had the item.
