It is clearly new and well packaged and sent very promptly, as has everything I’ve ever ordered from this company.     I had bought a smaller quantity of this fabric before and I liked it so much, I ordered 5 mtrs for another project. It arrived within 2 days. I checked the amount as the project was quite specific and was disappointed to find 4.5 mtrs. I contacted the supplier and got a very prompt reply and apology. Asked if my project could be completed with 4.5 mtrs, failing that, I could return it. Thankfully my project can go a head and I have been refunded the cost of 1 mtr. Great fabric, great service
