The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 features 32 shading units, 16 texture mapping units, and eight render output units for solid gaming performance. It has a texture fill rate of 8.8 billion per second, which is the number of texture elements that the GPU can map at a given time. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 is capable of playing Blu-ray movies, powering graphics-intensive software, and running Microsoft DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 games. The card supports OpenGL 3.0 and Shader Model 4.0. Thanks to NVIDIA's PhysX technology, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 delivers nice effects, advanced physics, and life-like animation. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 requires a Mac Pro and a PCI Express 2.0 slot to connect to your computer. It is compatible with an OS X v10.5.6 operating system or Windows Vista via BootCamp. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 has a maximum power consumption of 50 watts with fan and heatsink cooling solutions built into the small size of the card.
