A buyer leaves negative feedback because a shipment from Germany to Puerto Rico hasn't been delivered after 14 days? Even though the tracking shows that the shipment has arrived in the US for onward transport. Instead of asking for help or contacting the local supplier, this feedback is left. Helpless, weak, and childish. Complete failure. Maybe eBay will start working with realistic delivery times.
