In my opinion, the Seller made an unrealistic offer of RETURN knowing full well from me that I had invested the time and effort to bring the computer into operability with a video work-around of acquiring and installing a VGA-to-HDMI adapter. On top of that the Seller offered token refund of 10% in lieu of a RETURN.
