      A product I bought came without all the pieces and “rotor-Ron” told me to go to the store and find the part and install it. Rhetorical questions when I tried to contact about the issue. Not pleasant to deal with at all

      Yes "rotor-ron" did ask him if he could go to a local hobby shop to get a 10 cent screw that is 'missing' and I would refund him say 20 bucks for his time. Customer was super unreasonable to work with over a simple 10 cent screw. Pretty sad when the buyer (me) is trying to work with them. Leads me to believe there is more to this story than a simple missing screw!
