Made it explicit that I wasn’t interested in bidding if shipping was GBP 34. He said he’d combine for GBP 17 and refund me the shipping on one of the two auctions. He sent a refund for GBP 4. When I wrote to say that wasn’t what we agreed to and if that was all he could refund then I wanted to cancel the auctions for a full refund. As they were to be sent by the Global Shipping option I had no way of altering what the program was charging, I suggested the buyer contact them directly to discuss. The request to cancel both orders came after they were shipped out.
