    The price was the only positive aspect of this purchase. However, both toner cartridges were wide open, and one lacked the protective cover for the cartridge terminal and the surface where the toner contacts the drum. Toner had rubbed off onto the plastic packaging. Additionally, it took a long time for the printer to recognize the cartridge. The package box was also wide open, with no additional taping. It was just an old Amazon box with its original tape, which was also loose and unsealed.
