The seller said they couldn't do anything on their end because I filed for a refund through Ebay. This was on 11/27. After repeated messages the item still hasn't been refunded or arrived. When I check tracking, it's still with FedEx. Need help with this. It's been almost a month from date of purchase.

I ordered a specific size and brand of wire ties and got some plain packaged, no name ties. I asked for a return label and got some more red tape. If I wanted no name cheap stuff, I could have bought it all day long at HF for half what they charged. Do not buy from these guys, it's bait and switch. I won't buy from these guys again.
