    Neither mask nor cover fit snugly, in fact both fall off when the ETX90 OTA is lowered. Is this correct? Will mask even work as it is off center? Are your customers happy with this?

    IT WAS MADE BIG SO IT DONT SCRATCH TELESCOPE. ITS ORIGINALLY MADE FOR FELT PADS TO BE ADDED SO IT DONT MARK UP THE TELESCOPE. BUT IF WANT A TIGHT PLASIC CAP I CAN MAKE ONE. AND IT WIL,L MARK UP THE TELESCOPE. THESE ARE MADE AT CUSTOMER REQUEST. OTHER CUSTOMERS SENT THE MEASUREMENTS TO MAKE THIS. ITS BIG FOR A REASON. BUT YOU DIDNT LET ME EXPLAIN THAT. YOU JSUT WENT STRAIT TO BAD FEEDBACK. SO I GUESS I WILL DO SAME AND LEAVE YOU BAD FEEDBACK NOW.
