Shipped USPS First Class in a regular envelope which is fine as not even USPS can break flat pieces of cut foam tape. Same footprint as the original foam pad but slightly thinner and a bit stouter (better shock absorbing for the D-cell) due to denser cells. Sticks well to Simpson Bakelite but prefers to stay attached to its paper backing so expect a fight getting the backing off. Longevity and resistance to foam-rot remains to be seen. Overall a good deal for the price.
