Gentile cliente, come da normativa lei ha14 giorni di tempo per restituire la merce. Noi, ai nostri clienti, di giorni ne diamo addirittura 30. Non può restituire un bene deperibile dopo averlo installato ed utilizzato 3 mesi. Le abbiamo scritto quale fosse il problema, di certo non era la batteria inadeguata, ma forse la mano che l'ha installata, e lei non ha voluto capire. L'abbiamo già segnalata ad ebay per comportamento scorretto.
