    Vendor sent me a package that was not packaged properly, damaging the gaskets required for installation. It includes gaskets that otherwise can only be found at high prices at the ISUZU parts department 45 miles away. For more than a month I messaged with them, giving them chances to make it right…but they couldn’t manage to actually read the messages and view the photos. Instead they took 1 of the 3 gaskets out of the gasket envelope and sent that instead of sending the whole envelope. ROTTEN!
