- i***e (84)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe shaft arrived without being tapped for the top and bottom bolts to be installed. Customer did give a small refund for the inconvenience. The shaft is extremely soft. The threads are pulling free of the shaft, and with no left to right movement the gear is grinding off. It appeared to be hardened steel, but after install and very minimal use (less than 2 hours) it has proven to be inferior metal.
