He was knowledgeable and responded very quick which is definitely a good sign when buying mission critical server parts, and the commitment to quality is also reflected in the item too - condition was like new, value in comparison to others is great (especially factoring the 3y warranty) would highly recommend to others buying parts and will buy from again in future.

Courier shook the box up. 2 Samsungs failed to train, perhaps damaged in transit, the heatspreaders blocked airflow. ECC and cat errors. I asked for 12 Hynix with no heatspreaders so I could pick 16 good ones from the 18 and return 10 Samsung and 2 Hynix. Vendor did _exactly what I asked_ with no BS. Result: 16 flawless DIMMs. 20% defective rate for refurbished DIMMs and one return is on par.
